PhD Career management - Skills & Motivation checkpoint lab

Aimed at PhD students at all stages of their studies.

The initiative builds on the experience gained from the “PhD Skills Map” programme offered by ART-ER and docKto to universities in the Emilia-Romagna region, as part of the “researcher” programme, and offers PhD students an opportunity to become aware of their existing skill set and analyse it as it grows through experience, fostering a more informed development of their professional identity and, at the same time, the development of greater self-confidence.
