Residential college

 IUSS-ferrara 1391 has been entrusted with the organization of a Residential College, a social and cultural center that enables graduate students to reside here in Ferrara and that facilitates interaction and exchange with other universities in Italy and abroad.

The Residential College houses a limited number of graduate students from the University of Ferrara. After enrollment in a doctorate program, the SAF Council, taking into account that each macro-area has an allotment of rooms, assigns posts in the College considering the following qualifications:

  1. Being enrolled in the first year of a doctorate program;

  2. Coming from a university abroad or an outside region;

  3. Having a high ranking in the graduate study competition.

The rooms of the College are assigned for a maximum period of one year, with the possibility of renewal.

Graduate students and researchers from other universities in Italy and abroad can find housing at the Residential College and can make use of the services of the community, enjoying the quality of life that comes from communal living. Applications are to be presented on the specific form.

The University offers these lodgings at a cost that includes the room and all the services present in the College. The Residential College is located at "Il Cenacolo" in Via G. Fabbri, 414 and at "Darsena City" in Via Darsena.
