International Courses & Masters (not to be confused with Master’s degree)

The University of Ferrara offers the following international PhD programmes, which have been approved by MIUR as part of the Inter-Link project:

• International Doctorate on Astroparticle Physics
• European Integration and Penal Law

The Academic Board of the University of Ferrara selected the following courses for participation in IUSS-Ferrara 1391 in 2008, based on their international vocation and reputation:

• Master in Quaternary and Prehistory, as part of the EU programme Erasmus Mundus

• Master in Sustainable Urban Planning (ECOPOLIS)

• Advanced course on "Economics and Management of Museums and Cultural Services" (MUSEC)

• International Breast Ultrasound School (IBUS)

• School of Clinical Research and Epidemiology (SRCE)

• Techniques for geological and environmental monitoring

The University of Ferrara organises Master programmes (advanced scientific courses of higher education) at both Level I and II.
